Hi Community I have a problem with my ressources. These are car resources and I'd like to let people reserve them also for a longer time. BUT: now each time, I try to book a resource longer than until 5 pm on a working day, I'm not able to show them in my book finder. I'm able to reserve them via "normal" invitation, but the room finder for us is the big advantage to use this system instead of normal booking via remote calender entries. Does anybody have the same problem and maybe a solution for it? Thank you so much Schwerzmann

Have you checked the WorkDays, WorkingHoursStartTime and WorkingHoursEndTime properties in Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration, and/or the ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkingHours property in Get-CalendarProcessing?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi Ed Thank you very much for your answer. I just worked out the whole cars in our car room group. I thought I let it synchronize over night, but now it still doesn't work. I was changing the working days from monday to sunday and the working time from 00:00 to 23:59. ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkingHours is not activated. But still there's no ressource showing up in the room finder in Office 2010. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help! Alex

Hi Ok, I found the problem. It's that I don't have set my personal (or each users) working time from 08:00 to 23:59. But it's not a solution for me to screw up this for everybody beause it's not true and it should be possible to reserve something without being available self all the time just to get the resources showed up in Room Finder. Hi Community I did some further testing. Even if I change the cars and my working hour from 00:00 to 23:59 it doesn't work. I assume because there's a minute between 23:59 and 00:00. But is there really no possibility to reserve a room mailbox during 3 days? Would be great. Maybe I just really configured something terrible wrong. Would be great if someone had an idea. Hi Alex, It sounds a odd issue, I also find the same issue in other thread, I also make some tests, it seems an issue. I would suggest that you could open a ticket from MS, you will get more help.
