Room Mailbox Delegate Gets Appointment in Personal Calendar

Hi

I've found a few people with similar issues to mine but none with any answers.

What I am trying to achieve is to have a number of Room Mailboxes that staff can book and have a single user approve all room bookings.

I have a new Room Mailbox called TestRoom and have set a user as a Delegate.  Whenever a booking is made in the room the Delegate gets an email as expected however when they accept the invite it does not update the Room calendar and places the booking in their personal calendar.  Driving me nuts so any hints are appreciated.

Exchange 2013 (fully updated), outlook 2007 and 2013 (both fully updated)

Thanks

Scott

Hi Simon

Could you please confirm as from what I can see at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335046%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx the only accepted settings are "None", "AutoUpdate" and "AutoAccept"

Thanks

Scott

Hi Simon

Sorry for the long delay.  I have set this and it doesn't seem to make any difference.  Emails are still going into the wrong calendar.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Scott

Those delegates are using PST as the default data file?

Updating in the wrong calendar in the sense, updating in delegate calendar or their additional calendars?

No PST files for most users as they are on terminal servers.  The same thing also happens using OWA.  The calendar that gets updated is the delegate users personal calendar instead of the resource calendar.
