Room Mailbox
I've created a couple of Room Mailbox and I have one interesting issue. If I open my calendar and create a meeting and invite one the room mailboxes, on my calendar it show the subject of the meeting, BUT on the room mailbox IT DOESN"T it shows my name at the subject. Any ideas?? This started to happened after I enable the automatically accept request. Eddie

By design? I don't understand the reasoning or why after it started automatically accepting the request.

Hi, In fact, after we enable "Automatically process meeting requests and cancellations" option, the two parameters have been enabled. We can disable them to resolve this issue. Please open Exchange Management Shell, then run the following command: Set-mailboxcalendarsettings identity room mailbox DeleteSubject $false AddOrganizerToSubject $false After that, please test this issue.
