Room Booking Permission
I would like to create a Room (Exc 2007) and then allow one security group to create meeting requests. Anyone outside of this group should be declined and there should be no conflicts (they should receive a declined email if any conflicts occur). Once i have created my room i went into OWA and tried setting permissions which didnt work. To do this how am i suppose to set permissions and settings? I got mixed results (i.e. pending request when it should be declined).... Any help would be great. Thank you

Hi, You should use the BookInPolicy parameter to configure the Room Mailbox. The command is set-mailboxcalendarsettings -identity roommailbox -BookInPolicy security group BookInPolicy: List of users/groups that can submit an in-policy request for automatic approval - Value is a String: SMTP address; series of SMTP addresses Thanks Allen Allen Song
