Revision balloon disappearing when hovering over tracked change in word.

I just upgraded from word 2007 to 2013 and I am experiencing issues when tracking changes in the document. My settings are set to "Show all revisions inline" and I used to be able to hover over a change in the document and it would give me the details as to who edited it and when, as long as i kept my cursor over it. Since coming to 2013, when I attempt to hover over the change, the details balloon will appear for a split second, disappear, appear again for a split second, and then it is gone until I move my cursor away and move it back over the revision.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue/does anyone know how to solve it?

Thanks.

Hi,

Have you checked the "Show Revision in balloons" option? If no, please try to see the image below:

In additional, Track change feature has made some changes between Word 2007 and Word 2013.

Hello,

I should clarify: I want all revisions to be shown inline but the box (shown below in yellow) with the details about the revision is disappearing instantly.

Hi,

I see, based on my test, the detailed info box will appear when the mouse hovered the text string. But the box would keep retained until the cursor moved away. Thus, I can't reproduce your issue.

I recommend you the following steps to check if it is helpful.

1) Install the latest updates.

2) Repair Office.

3) Change a mouse.

All updates have been installed, office has been repaired, and we got the same issue when using the machine remotely with a different mouse. No other users are having this issue.
