Reverse Lookups
When I asked our ISP to add a reverse lookup for(mail.2ndxxx.com) and (mail.3rdxxx.com), they stated they could not: The IP: xx.xx.xxx.xxx resolves to (mail.1stxxx.com). A PTR record can only resolve to one hostname. Is this correct? Thanks,

Hi,Generally speaking, only one PTR record can be added into ISP. But the servicesamong the ISPare different, you can give the reason to do that, I believe that they can understand it.ThanksAllen
