Hi, I would probably turn on SMTP logging on their sending server and see why it can't connect to your server. While on their server I might also just try and telnet to your server, mail.apexskypark.com, on port 25 and try and manually compose a message through telnet and see if it goes through. Is either you or your client on Exchange Online?ChadChad Mosman, MessageOps | www.MessageOps.com

Hi, I agree with Chad, please check SMTP log of sender side to see if you can find some clues. In sender side, please use telnet to see if you can send a test email. XFOR: Telnet to Port 25 to Test SMTP Communication http://support.microsoft.com/?id=153119 Could you please paste the NDR here? Thanks, Elvis
