Restricting OWA to who a message can be sent to
Exchange 2007I am trying to setup a series of user as a technical support type of session and they are not very savy users. I would like to bring up OWA automatically from a URL (logged in automatically) and when they type a message, it can only be sent to a pre-defined "TO:" account. I.E. I want to force the TO: and not allow them to see the CC:/BCC: areas. Is this possible in OWA?

Yes, as James told it is not possible natively... But for educating users I would suggest you to build a test environment (may be on virtual environment) and use it during this kind of session. Do not agitate production environment with customdevelopment... :)Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
