Restrict who users can send to on the Internet
I have a group of users that need to have fullinternal emailaccess andonly beable to send and receive emailonly fromone external email address. (The boss does only wants the call centerto email his external email account).

In exchange 2003 you can deny access to whatever connector you are using for outbound email. In exchange 2007 use a hub transport rule.

I have restricted users to internal email. but I need them to be able to send to one address outside of the domain and I need to be able to receive the reply. Thanks for your help -ben

I am using exchange 2003. I understand that I can create a connector that will only send to a specified email addresses. I need to determinehow to filter the reply. I am using the authorized user filter in the delivery restriction section. Thank you for your help. Ben
