Restrict drafts in mailbox
Hello Is there a way to restrict some users to save “DRAFTS” in the mailbox. Let me share some background. I have a set of 500 users in the domain who are not allowed to save any information on the machines so we have disabled Notepad, WordPad etc. I noticed a few users saving data on the as drafts. I want to restrict that. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks

Ok, you could try to solve this using a managed content setting and confgure the Length of retention period. Have a look and see if it helps you on your way, more infromation here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996014(EXCHG.80).aspx and here: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/compliance-policies-archiving/exchange-2007-messaging-records-management-part1.htmlMartin Sundstrm | Microsoft Certified Trainer | MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2007/2010 | http://msundis.wordpress.com
