Restore Exchange server 2003 backup on exchange server 2007 using NTbackup
Well you could use ExMerge http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/exmerge-recover-mailbox.html IF you still have the database operational on the 2003 server and export the items to PST However be careful here because ExMerge only supports PST files up to 2GB and it wont warn you if you exceed the PST will jsut become corrupt Once you get the PST's you can then import them with the MS native cmd's in Exchange 2007 or just import them via Outlook into the new Exchange 2007 server. if you do not have the database mounted within a 2003 server then NO nothing you can do other than a 3rd party utilityTroy Werelius www.Lucid8.com Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline EDB's and Live Exchange Servers with Lucid8's DigiScope

you cant do that but if you can use Lucid8's DigiScope http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp to; open a BKF and extract the Exchange Database files, i.e. EDB, STM and LOGS Mount the Exchange Database within the DigiScope GUI so you can then Browse, View, Search, and Export Mailboxes, Folders and Items to PST, MSG & XML or to Recover Mailboxes, Folders and Items directly from ANY offline Exchange Database to a Production Exchange Server (Even cross version, i.e. 2003 to 2007 or 2010 etc) Troy Werelius www.Lucid8.com Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline EDB's and Live Exchange Servers with Lucid8's DigiScope
