Resources Not Sending Auto Accept Notifications After Migrating Mailboxes from 2010 > 2013

We are currently running Exchange 2013 CU9.  After migrating our Exchange room resources from our 2010 environment to our new 2013 environment, all auto-accept notifications have stopped.  If I create a brand new test room resource, everything works perfectly, but we have too many resources to recreate them all.

I did log in and validate that direct booking is not configured on the resources.  All other resource properties carried over correctly from 2010 > 2013, so Automatically accept or decline booking requests is selected for all resources.  I also saw a post that suggested migrating the resource mailboxes to another database in the 2013 environment.  I migrated and waited a couple of hours and auto accept notification is still not working.

Has anybody ran into this issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Recreating all of our resources would be an absolute nightmare.

Thank you in advance,

Hi,

Please run Get-CalendarProcessing fl to check the room settings .

Please try to use the below command:

Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity "testroom" -AutomateProcessing Autoaccept -AllRequestOutOfPolicy $False

Please refer to the following link  :

We can do a compare the difference in the problematic room and new created room.
