Hi, The set-mailboxCalendarSettings is specially for Exchange 2007. In Exchange 2010, The mailboxCalendarSettings commands have been removed. You can set a securty group as a delegate for a resource mailbox using the command set-mailboxCalendarSettings with ResourceDelegates, but the group should be mail-enabled universal group.
