Resource Room Customize Tentative and Accepted emails
I have successfully created a resource room for our conference room, assigned a delegate, and everything is working exactly how we want it. However, management doesn't like the wording of the Tentative and Accepted emails. Is there a way to change the wording of those Auto Accept emails? I found in OWA where I can "ADD" custom text, but that doesn't change the default text of: Your request was received and is pending approval. Sent by Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 I would like to change the wording of the the top line to include the person's name that will be approving those meeting requests, change the color of the font, and replce the "Sent by Microsoft Exchange Server 2007" with our logo or remove it all together. Is there a folder that has those "canned" response emails in either text or html that can be customized?

Hi Stan, Per my know, there is no direct way to achieve the target that changing the top line depend on the person's name, it maybe need do some development. If you still want, I would suggest that you could open a ticket from MS, you will get more help. Regards!
