Hi Pat: I follow your setting to reproduce the issue in my lab (Exchange 2007 SP3/server 2003): This is the setting for my resource mailbox: AutomateProcessing : AutoAccept AllowConflicts : False BookingWindowInDays : 180 MaximumDurationInMinutes : 1440 AllowRecurringMeetings : True EnforceSchedulingHorizon : True ScheduleOnlyDuringWorkHours : False ConflictPercentageAllowed : 0 MaximumConflictInstances : 0 ForwardRequestsToDelegates : True DeleteAttachments : True DeleteComments : True RemovePrivateProperty : True DeleteSubject : True DisableReminders : True AddOrganizerToSubject : True DeleteNonCalendarItems : True TentativePendingApproval : True EnableResponseDetails : True OrganizerInfo : True ResourceDelegates : {aa} RequestOutOfPolicy : AllRequestOutOfPolicy : True BookInPolicy : AllBookInPolicy : True RequestInPolicy : AllRequestInPolicy : False AddAdditionalResponse : False AdditionalResponse : <DIV><FONT size=2 face=Tahoma></FONT></DI V> RemoveOldMeetingMessages : True AddNewRequestsTentatively : True ProcessExternalMeetingMessages : False DefaultReminderTime : 15 RemoveForwardedMeetingNotifications : False Identity : test.com/Users/meeting I found that when I send a meeting request to resource mailbox, it will accept the meeting, and the calendar of the resource will being updated. For your issue, I suggest you check whether the meeting request is received by resource mailbox (if it accepted the meeting ,the meeting requests will be moved to Delete Item folder) Thanks, Evan Liu TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
