Resource Room Booking in Exchange 2007
Hi Exchange Experts! I wanted to see if there's any way to fully disable the auto response "TENTATIVE" in Exchange 2007?Reason being is this adds up confusion on the users' part as opposed to just having either "DECLINE" or "ACCEPT."I'd like it setup as follows: If the resource room is not available on the specific time users wanted to book, it should just respond as DECLINED. If the resource room is available, it should respond as ACCEPT. However for some reason when users are trying to book the room and it is not available, it responds TENTATIVE:"Your request was received and is pending approval. Sent by Microsoft Exchange Server 2007..."No delegates, no users that has full permissions to all of the resource rooms...Please let me know if you have further questions.Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you in advance!

AllRequestOutofPolicy should be false.AllBookInPolicy should be true.AllowConflicts should be false. That should give you the behaviour you are after.
