Resource Calendars & Reoccurring Meetings
Hello All, I am trying to configure a resource calendar to allow a percentage of conflicts before it will reject the meeting request. I ran this PS command. Set-MailboxCalendarSettings testresource -ConflictPercentageAllowed 10 I was thinking that this would allow me to have up to a 10% conflict in the reoccurrence before it would decline the meeting request, but it did not. One conflict would cause it to reject the request. I did some searching on and found a couple of posts where people were saying that they configured it using this PS command. Set-MailboxCalendarSettings testresource -ConflictPercentageAllowed 99 -MaximumConflictInstances 20 I tried this changing the MaximumConflictInstances to 5 and it appears to work. Does anybody know why these have to be set together? From the description of these features, it does not sound like they are both required to allow for conflicts in a reoccurring meeting. Ideally, I would like to be able to have a percentage of conflicts instead of a maximum number.
