Resource Booking incorrectly accepts all requests
Hello,I setup an Exchange 2007 room resource named RS_Test that should allow only one user, Robert Smith, to Calendar meetings. However, all userscan add meetings to the RS_Test room resource. Hi, I have created a room mailbox with same configuration as your room mailbox. Nevertheless, I am not able to reproduce your issue. Therefore, please let me know whether the mailbox is migrated from Exchange 2003. If you create a new Room Mailbox on Exchange 2003 with same configuration, whether can the issue reproduced? Mike

Hi Mike, This is a new mailbox. We no longer have any Exchange 2003 servers in the organization.Robert

Are they adding meetings by invites, or by accessing the calendar direct? If direct, take them out of the full access list.
