Reset corrupted Identity and FolderPath fields
Is there a way to reset corrupted Identity and FolderPath fields for someone's inbox? I have an employees Inbox linked to an RSS feed and need to move it back to Inbox linkings.

Hello,
Run "outlook /resetfolders" to restart the Outlook and check if the settings of the folders are back to the defaults.

Hello Simon,
I have same issue; tried the Outlook /resetfolders but the issue is still unresolved. Identity and FolderPath fields points to RSS Feed.
