Resending Email Goes to Incorrect Folder
We are using Office 2007 Professional Plus. When an email arrives, it comes into the Exchange server (I don't know which version we have) and then gets moved to a personal folder off of the Exchange server (personal folder is set up as the default). I have several emails that I resend on a continuing basis and have the sent email saved to a special folder in my personal folder. Since August 3, 2015, when I resend or recall and resend a message, it gets saved in the Exchange server's sent folder, even though I told it to send to a special folder in my personal folder. I can send new emails and forward or reply to an email and it goes to the special folder that I told it to. It just doesn't work correctly for resending or recalling and resending an email. Is there a way to fix this?

How did you set Outlook to store the emails in your personal folder? Did you create an Outlook rule to do it? If so, would you please let me know how you created the rule? We may try recreating the rule and then test it again.

By "personal folder is set up as the default", do you mean you have the default delivery location of your Exchange account set to a PST file?

Hi DNovell;

Just move the effected users to another database and feed me back with result after that.
