Hi, Make sure you have done basic troubleshooting. Rebuild a new Outlook profile. Open outlook with safe mode. How about replying via OWA? Hope you can update these information. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi, Please verify below settings: 1 When you are replying to all, is there any DG which contains your email address? 2 Before you send the message can you find your email address in the TO list? If you have added yourself as a contact, this issue starting. To resolve the issue, delete your own account from contacts and just restart outlook. Please use "check update" function from office and also make sure your desktop is up to date as well. Then try again. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

hello ... I found the problem !!! but i think this is stupid that microsoft dont fix it .... The problem is that when someone from inside our ORG is sending an e-mail and add a e-mail address from the global address list to another employ inside our ORG , then the one that get the mail can do reply all with no problems . but if the one employ from inside the our ORG added an e-mail address from a personal contact on his computer then when the one who gets it (from inside the ORG only) ,when doing reply all only is getting his oun address in the TO: field if someone from the outside is sending to one of my employs and my employ dose reply all he dose not have this problem . i think is something with the Outllook VS exchange .... what can i do ?? i think its microsoft bug that they need to fix ... what do you think ????
