Reply all includes the recipient
We've been using Exchange since 5.5 and used to have ResolveP2 set so that all recipients are resolved to their GAL entry for internet mail. This also allowed oneself to be eliminated from the To: line on Reply All. Under Exchange 2003, that was changed to the Resolve Anonymous E-mail on the SMTP virtual server, Access, Authentication dialog as per: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828770 This option IS checked on our SMTP virtual server (I'd be happy to send an image showing it), yet on received internet email, our SMTP addresses are not resolved to GAL entries and hence Reply All places the recipient on the To: line. I don't think RerouteViaStore is pertinent here since the email is being committed to the store by Local Delivery not just passing through. Am I missing another location where this setting is overridden? What else should I be looking at to diagnose this and fix it?

Hi,To make the inbound email to be resolved as GAL from the Internet, you should create the corresponding contact in AD for the sender. Please ensure the SMTP service is restarted after make the configuration.ThanksAllen

No, you missed the point. It isn't Internet users I want resolved, it's our internal users.A message to me and several others is received from an Internet source. When I Reply To All to this message, my Exchange SMTP address is included on the To: line, where I believe Outlook should be eliminating me as a recipient since I'm now the sender and I can be resolved in the GAL.Thanks,Jim
