Replies to my emails are blank
When I send a message to certain people and they reply back, their message is not there and my old message appears in the body as if it was their new message. This ONLY happens with 3 different firms - all high security banks/financial institutions that I deal with on a regular basis. These are individual email addresses that I send to (real people) not a group. They say it doesn't happen with anyone else. Started about a month ago. Any ideas?

Hi, First please make sure that theres no related rule has been made with outlook or Exchange Server. Please check and confirm. What is your email format, plain text or html? what is their email format ?If your forward these email to others, can they view the original reply message? If others can find the reply message, then please check whether you use Microsoft Word as email editor. Please check Normal.dotm file, whether Hidden has been ticked. It would locate at C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates. 1. Open the Normal.dot file within Word 2. From the Format menu click Font 3. In the Font attributes look to see if Hidden is checked. 4. Then please uncheck this option and resave the template. Besides, please use MFCMapi from Exchange Server to check the original reply email. You can download MFCMAPI (Plus manual) from below link: http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37&displaylang=en 1. Run MFCMAPI on a client workstation which has a affected user's profile 2. "Session" Menu->"logon and display store table"->choose user's profile from pop-up window->double-click user's mailbox. More related information share with you: Turn Word on or off as your e-mail editor or viewer http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP052428491033.aspx Hope it helps. Xiu
