Replace test exchange server from production AD with production exchange server
I set up a test exchange server using my production AD without thinking about any issues that might occur once I was done testing exchange. I am still testing exchange out but want to be prepared for when I set up my actual exchange server. What steps do I have to take so that I can remove everything of my test exchange from my production AD so I can do a clean install of my production exchange? Both test and proudction exchange server are exchange 2010 sp2 running on Server 2008 R2

There isn't really enough information to give you an answer. Are you co-existing with an older version of Exchange? The best option is probably to install the new Exchange server with the existing (test) system still in place. Then migrate anything that isn't already picked up by the new server (so that will be data) to the new server. The test server can then be removed using add/remove programs. The simple fact is that while it is in your eyes a "test" server, it is in your production domain. Therefore it needs to be treated like a production server in its removal. There is no other Exchange server. This would be my first exchange server. I do not require to save anything that I did using my "test" server and just would like to start from scratch with the "production" server.

Some things, like the AD schema update, can't be undone. Other than that, if you don't are about your test data then just use add/remove programs to uninstall Exchange. J

Im fine with the schema not updating since I am going to be using exchange anyway. I just don't want to run into issue when I start my production exchange server since IP addresses, domains, and things of that nature will change.

As long as the server is removed correctly using add/remove programs you should be fine. You will have to delete everything - so all mailboxes, public folders, Send Connectors etc. The removal wizard will tell you if there are blocks that will stop the removal.
