Repeat message body when replying
I have an interesting problem here. When replying to email in our internal network the content of the message body is repeated after each reply. Thus, if two users communicate with email the replied message body increases exponentially after each reply. A Google search yields cases where users are getting duplicate email messages. In this case, it is just the content of the email body that is being duplicated. I hope this is the right place to ask this question - if not, please direct me to a more appropriate forum. Thanks

What is the version of Exchange server and Outlook version? Does it happen when you reply a message via OWA? Dose it happen when you reply to external recipient? As default, when you click “reply”, the original email will appear below the new email you want to write. Such as the following format: From: Sent: Monday, May 16, 2011 12:01 PM To: Cc: Subject: Original email body Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
