Thank you for your feedback.

But i want to renew a CA-signed certificate, not self-signed certificate. I see on EAC page have "renew" button to renew for CA-signed certificate, i can use it? And how to renew a CA-signed certificate by "renew" button?

We hope to receive the support from you.

Dear Allen Wang,

This CA-signed certificate is issued by my internal CA Server, not 3rd party company.

Thanks.

Hi,

Sorry for my understanding.
If you use authority-signed and use Renew option in EAC and to extend certificate time, it will regenerate a certificate request then you need to login CA to register this request.

Thanks

Hi,

Its same as new a certificate for Exchange server.
Please refer to below link: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee332322(v=exchg.141).aspx
Note: After you generate a certificate request, you must submit it to a certification authority, obtain a signed certificate and install the certificate on the same server.

Thanks
