Hi all, We have an Exchange 2003 server with a number of resource mailboxes that auto-accept appointments. Some users have booked these resource months ahead but have then left the business. There are therefore a number of times in each resource's calendar that are now not available. The curent solution to this is logging into each resource mailbox and checking every appointment manually. Is there a way of removing these apointments by testing validity of bookings against the current AD database?
