Removing one Outlook Folder for all Exchange Users
Hello to all, I have a real challege for you guys, one I can't solve on my own. To fight off spam attacks we use GFI Mail Essentials 12 and configured it to move spam into a different folder within the users inbox. Well here's the problem the new folder has the wrong name and is applied to all users (Yeah stuppid, my colleague didn't test it firt )so now it's my problem. I need to remove this folder from all the users mailboxes but can't find the way how to do this.ME12can created the custom folders but doesn't remove them , the vendor doesn't included this part and I contact them but they can't help me with this. So,I startedto google to find anotherperson with this problem but it looks like I'am the only one in the whole world. Is there anyone how can beat this tread. All replies are welcome.Kind regardsMartijn Duin

Short of writing some custom code to do this, I have no clue how you would go about it. You might try posting this to a GFI form and see if they have a way to back out of this. Microsoft provides no tools for global folder deletes.
