Removing http:// access to OWA
History with this is as follows.Have Exchange 2003 with Outlook Web access enabled. Have had Http:// traffic to Http://xyz/exchange able to access there mail. Wish to stop this so only Https://mail.xyz.com/exchange will allow access.at this time Http://xyz.com/exchange works (wish to stop)Https://xyz.com/exchange is blocked as it should be.Https://mail.xyz.com/exchange works as it shouldwhere e do I find the redirects within IIS that do this.. I can't find it.Regards James

Hi, If you on the /exchange directory mark require SSL you should stop all HTTP traffic. Leif

Check out KB555053 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555053 It goes over how to setup a redirect to force http OWA conections to https as well as redirect mail.xyz.com to mail.xyx.com/exchange

Open IIS, check that HTTPS is required to access the site, but also check that there's no redirection of some pages on the http-side. Eg. In the properties of iisstart.htm you can enter redirection to a specific URL. Also check if this is not present.
