Removin IP from Junk Email List - Help
Hi, I have an Exchange Server 2007 SP2 RU 3 and I need some help about the following situation: - I have some servers that send emails from an LOB (aplication) to users and I would like to know how can I configure, in Exchange Server, the servers IP don´t be listed in Junk Email users folder. The servers are configured, in Exchange Receive Connectors, to allow emails. Thanks. Luiz

Exchange doesn't move items to the Junk Mail folder unless you have a third-party content filtering product or the Exchange Content Filter Agent installed. If you have either of those, then you'll have to configure their whitelists. Otherwise, it's probably Outlook that's doing you the favor. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Hello, => Created a new Relay Connector for LOB Application Relay à General --> Verbose Network --> IP address ---> Add IP of Application server's Permission Groups --> Exchange Server & Anonymous users Authentication --> Transport Layer security (TLS) & Externally Secured If you give a Externally Secured authentication on relay connector then all the Emails coming from IP added on Network will not be Scan or AntiSpam feature will fire on them. Note: Exchange doesn't move items to the Junk Mail folder unless u have a Third Party Antivirus content filter or Agents fire on the mails => Also go through the Article : -- Allowing application servers to relay off Exchange Server 2007 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/12/28/432013.aspx This will fix the problem.
