Hi, Try to restart EMC and then remove the mailbox users. If the issue persists, please try to use EMS to remove the mailbox: get-mailbox | where {$_.name -like "abc*"}|remove-mailbox Note: The command get-mailbox | where {$_.name -like "abc*"} will get all the mailbox users that contains "abc" in their Name. I've delete the user by disabling the mailbox and delete manually from AD, but some of the user cannot be deleted, it said Access is Denied.

Hi, Try to delete the user by using AdsiEdit: 1. Open adsiEdit.msc, expand to [Domain;DC=domain,DC=com;DC=Users[. 2. Right click the user and choose delete. If the issue persists, please open the properties of that user. 1. In Security tab, make sure that the Administrator have full control of this object. 2. Click Advanced button, in Owner tab, click Other users or groups, then add your account to the Owner list. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
