Remove the Send on behalf message??
Can the automated message "sent on behalf" be removed when a user sends a e-mail from another acount? User 1 has send on behalf permissions to User 2 mail box. When User 1 sends e-mail via User 2 account, the e-mail has a message sent on behalf of User 2. Can we remove this message? Thanks,

Give the user "Send As" rights and remove the delegate permission and you will not get this "send on behalf". Send As lets the user of one mailbox send a message as though it came from another mailbox, without any hint that the other mailbox didnt send the message itselfRaj

Hi,What's the version of the Exchange server? For this issue, you need to give the Send As permission to replace the send on behalf. With the Send As permission, the recipients of a message cannot identify whether the message was sent by the actual user or another user that has been granted the Send As permission. For more information, please refer to the below article:Understanding Mailbox Permissionshttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123879.aspxThanksAllen
