Remove recent document list from MS Office 10
I am preparing my computer to give it away. How can I get rid of Recent Documents contents from Word and any other Office 10 apps?

An easy solution is to install the free version of CCleaner.
Start CCleaner, activate the Applications tab of the Cleaner section, and tick the check box for Office 2010.
Then click Run Cleaner.
