Hello all, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have a user that has received an unbelievable amount of spam into her mailbox over the weekend. the spam is all the same. she now has 450,000 messages in her inbox and her mailbox is 24GB. she's now unable to open outlook. can you tell me how I can delete the mail from mailbox at the server? They are runnning Exchange 2003 SBS. Thanks,

Yes you can use the tool called Exmerge to remove it to a PST.
