Hi Is there any way to remove ALL attachments from emails that is destined for a specific mailbox? This mailbox is not to receive emails with attachments (as confidential), but receive the message , subject. This is basically to alert someone to do perform an action. Thanks for your prompt response. Can you think of a solution to this; When mailbox A receives an email, it triggers an email to mailbox b (external smtp address). The email to mailbox is an alert (can be a blank email) , but should contain the on-forwarded attachment. hope this make sense.

No clean solution. Can't you just set an forward so emails are delievered to both, the external user can just setup a simple rule to move all email from mailbox a sub-folder and the sort by attachment.Sukh
