Remove an email sent to multiple users internally
Hi Everyone, Are tools available to query an Exchange 2010 mail database for a particular email that may have been sent to many internal users and then delete these emails without doing damage to the mail database? [We don't want to go to each of these users individually and remove the email] All users are using Exchange cached (.ost) profiles. Any help would be most appreciated.Gavin Jacobs

Use that article as a basis but with Search-Mailbox and pipe everything for all the mailboxes to it: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff459253.aspx Use Mailbox Search to Delete Messages

Hi , It is recommended to always use a target mailbox (by specifying the TargetMailbox and TargetFolder parameters) so you have a copy of the data. Anil
