I am having a huge issue removing a dead mailbox role server. I have recently installed two node CCR mailbox role server to prevent this from happening in the future however currently under server configuration it shows two mailbox role servers even though there is only one. I need to find the steps to properly remove the dead server and related databases. Thanks, Michael Stanley

You should restore the server using /recoverserver and then properly uninstall it.
