I've been tasked with preventing users from deleting any emails in their outlook profiles. I'm trying to find a solution to that end.

I've come across the Control ID - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36798

Which allow me to configure absolutely everything via .adm for outlook 2013 in group policy.

I've removed all keyboard shortcuts for delete, delete from all the menus, ribbons, quick access toolbars etc. But I cannot find the control ID for quick delete and how to remove that function as well.

I've seen it posted a few times that its hard coded, I find that hard to believe considering the documentation on all control ID's. 

Is there a way to either prevent all email deletion or provide the control id for quick delete so I may prevent it?
