Remote administration from 64bit management server
HiI have recently setup a centralised administration server on our network for admin perposesi have hit a snagi am trying to setup remote admin of exchange on a 64bit serverexchange is 2007 64bit alsoi can find RSAT for 32bit, but theres nothing for 64bithow do i set this up?Sorry if my replies are a bit brief but i feel we learn more if we have to think about things. A small clue is better than a spoiler.

its not in features, cant find it online eitherbasically i need a exchange server management that opens and edits the exchange database on the remote server but does not serve clients as a true exchange serverSorry if my replies are a bit brief but i feel we learn more if we have to think about things. exchange server is - 2008 enterprise sp1 with exchange 2007admin server is - 2008 datacenterSorry if my replies are a bit brief but i feel we learn more if we have to think about things. A small clue is better than a spoiler.

Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) is built-in feature for server operating system. Stand-alone RSAT package for client system only. If you can't find RSAT in Server Manager snap-in, try install RSAT via command promt:ServerManagerCmd -i RSAT-ADDSThis operation may require elevation, because ServerManagerCMD write all cange in log, but if you used UAC, process required built-in admin's rights for write access to this log.http://okrylov.wordpress.com

Oh, sorry... Exchange Management Tools don't place in RSAT. It install from Exchange distributive. You must run Exchange Setup, select Custom Installation and select Exchange Management Tools. Sorry, if I misunderstand you.http://okrylov.wordpress.com
