Check with another Exchange admin account for this error on DC... Do you get same error if you install Exchange Management Tools on any workstation?Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi,1. First please ensure that the version for remote EMC and Exchange Server is the same.2. Then please try to open event viewer and then verify if we can connect to the Exchange Server there. 1). Run "eventvwr" from a command prompt. 2). Hit on "Event Viewer(Local)",click on Action from the menu. 3).Please select "Connect to another computer". 4). Please find the Exchange Server and then connect.3. Please check if you have TCP Chimney Offload, Receive-side Scaling (RSS) and NetDMA enabled. These features may cause the issue. Please follow the steps in article below to disable them.Windows 2003 Scalable Networking pack and its possible effects on Exchange http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/18/446400.aspx4. Alsoplease check the error event and then post the error event information here for further troubleshooting.Besides, as Amit said,I recommend you touse the account which you use to setup exchange server.
