Relay Email between 2 Offices
Our head office is based at Malaysia while branch office is based at Perth. In Malaysia, We have 2 Exchange Server 2003 ( 1 Front End, 1 Back End). In Perth has same thing. Between 2 offices are connected via VPN. Exchange at Perth is for DR(Data Recovery) if anything happen to Exchange in Malaysia. All Mailboxes including Perth user are at Malaysia. Due to management, they want mailbox for Perth user relocate to Perth Exchange server. So, we decide to create 2 test account in Perth Exchange server. 1. We sent a test email between users on same Exchange server, we found that they able to send and receive. 2.We sent a test email from user in Perth Exchange to user Malaysia Exchange, the email was stuck in queuce. Not sure why. Please advice

If, Please open EMS and check if both exchange servers are in the same routing group: How to show routing group information =================== 1. Right click Org(exchange) and choose properties. Check the box "Display routing groups". 2. Expand the exchange server, you will see the "routing groups" folder. If they are not in the same routing group, you need to create a routing connector for message flow between the difference routing groups. Please see the following KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822941

I been following http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822941 to create NEW SMTP connector however i not sure if what i done is correct or not. What i did were 1. Create new STMP connector 2. Bridgehead server: add only Perth exchange only 3. Address tab: add internaldomain.com with cost of 1 However, there a step no.10 in article which i;m unbale to accomplish since no "select a remote routing group that you want to connect to." Click the Connected Routing Groups tab, click Add, and then select a remote routing group that you want to connect to. On the General tab, select the administrative group and the routing group combination that you want to connect to Pleade help
