Rejoin Exchange 2007
hi! I have a big problem with Exchagne 2007, now i can't login into exchange server by using domain admin account, the problem becuase I had been deleted the Computer account of exchange server in actvie directory. and then i had been create the new computer account for exchange 2007 server in Active direcotry users and computers but it is still cannot log in. How can i fix it? and what it is effective after i rejoin exchange 2007 to domain and how to rejoin exchange 2007?

Deleting the computer account was a big mistake, as you have wiped out a lot of the configuration of Exchange. Your best option is probably to call Microsoft support and pay their fee, as you are going to have to disaster recover Exchange. It is not just a matter of adding the server back to the domain, because of the loss of information in the domain connected to Exchange. Hi, Please follow these steps to rejoin exchange server to domain: 1. Login with the local admin credentials, Disable all the exchange services. 2. Run the following commands netdom remove ComputerName /domain:yourdomain.com /userd:yourdomain.com \administrator /passwordd:* netdom join ComputerName /domain:yourdomain.com /userd:yourdomain.com \administrator /passwordd:* 3. Start Exchange services. 4. Restart machine and then log into the by using domain credentials. Adding the computer back to the domain isn't likely to assist with the Exchange server configuration. If you had just dropped the server from the domain then it would probably work, but deleting the computer account means that even if you add the computer back to the domain, it is not the same computer as far as the domain is concerned. If you have a Certificate Authority on there as well, then you have probably broken that too. My previous advice of calling Microsoft support I still believe is the best option because if you try and fix the problem yourself you may well cause further damage. HI! I know that case can't work for exchange server, but i want to know that do i have another choices to implementation, or configuration it to work as normal? Like install the new exchange environment, Configuration Clustering, or disater recovery?
