I was first install the CU3 EX2013 and then i install the EX2013 and i got the this error:

A Setup failure previously occurred while installing the Admin Tools role. Either run Setup again for just this role, or remove the role using Control Panel.

I followed the recommendations in the link, but, the error still appears. Please Help.

CU3 is a full installation of Exchange 2013. Did you do a restart after you installed and then uninstalled? Any reason why you stopped and then started again?

After you have restarted the machine, check the control panels programs and features and uninstall exchange cleanly before starting again.

Before you reinstall exchange server on the same server, you need to remove the previous installation. Please follow the DareDevil57's suggestion.

If you can't find exchange server on control panels , you may need to check if the previous installation exists via ADSIEDIT.
