I need to reinstall the Client Access Role but I am not able to from Add/Remove Control Panel as it is "greyed out". Also, cannot install from Exchange 2007 SP1 CD because gives me error: Client Access Role Preequisites "Fail". Error: A reboot from a previous installation in is pending. Please restart the system and rerun setup. However, I have restarted with same result. I know there are some Exchange Shell commands you can run by I am not that experinced with I am supposed to try and run and what entries I need to put specific to my server/domain, etc. Is there anything I could so with IIS7 to fix problem. Did the following: Uninstalled CAS Uninstalled IIS7 Reinstalled IIS7 Tried to reinstall CAS and received following error: Opened up case with Microsoft and was able to install.
