Regarding the query with the shared calender services in outlook 2010. What all the pre-requisites and critical conditions and criteria  for a shared calender services in outlook 2010 to work perfectly. please share me the idea and concept both from the user and an IT perspective.

Do you mean you want to share your calendar with other users? If so, only if you have configured outlook profile, you can share your calendar.

If you want to check the shared mailbox, you also needn't do some pre-requisites.
