Redundancy on SMTP
Exchange 2003 Is it possible to create a redundant SMTP smar thost connection so that, if the primary host is down, emails will be delivered to the secondary host ? Also - is is possible to have emails for some domains to go to one smarthost and the rest to a second host ? Thanks

Hi, You can enter several IP addresses on the SMTP connectors smart-host configuration (like [1.1.1.1],[2.2.2.2] ) Create smtp connectors with the desired smarthost and on the address space tab enter the desired domains. Leif
