There seems to be a descrpency with the item count in the recover deleted itemd section of my mailbox.Webmail shows 170 items, and my thick outlook 07 client show 0That seems strange, any ideas?Thanks.

Outlook shows 0 while OWA shows 170 items means DumpsterAlwaysOn registry is not set on your workstation where outlook is installed. In order to see hard deleted items in recover deleted item section you need to enable a registry.
