Thank you in advance to anyone who is will to help me with this.Exchange ver 2003Mailbox Store Deletion Settings: Items = 30 || Mailboxes = 30From the client (Outlook-07), I am viewing the Deleted Items for a couple of different folders (Deleted & Inbox). Although today is 2010-03-02, the most recent entries in that list are from 2010-02-28. Where are the ones that I deleted yesterday (or from this morning for that matter)?Thank You,Patrick Cohan

Have you by any chance changed the delivery of mails from Mailbox to PST file in outlook? If your delivery is set to PST you cannot recover the dumpster items.Mahendra

Ok, I think this is working ...In regards to sorting: Yes, I sorted by Date Deleted Descending.Regarding PST files: None used.Allen: Thank you, I actually ran that prior to posting my question ... that did help some, as the article states. The reason that I was trying to make absolutely certain how this works, is because there was a claim, within our organization, that an e-mail was sent to another couple of users and they received nothing. The sender, the president of the company (and other adjectives), was quite certain that it was sent. He won't allow me to check from his account whether it was or wasn't. So I have been at the clients' computers trying figure out if it did really get sent/received (and possibly deleted). These users have no idea about the Recovery functionality in Outlook with Exchange, so I know that they were not in the tool and "Permenently" deleting the message themselves. I am just trying to make absolutely positive that they did not receive the e-mail that the company president claims to have sent before I step up to defend them. Thanks to all of you for your input.Patrick
