Recoverd Deleted user -mailbox error
I accidentally deleted a user in Active directory before i exported his mailbox to .pst for archiving. I used ADRestore to recover the user successfully. Now the user is showing up in Active Directory but the mailbox is gone from the EMC and it isnt in the disconnected mailbox list. How can i recover and re-associate this mailbox? Thanks in advance! By default Exchange 2007 keeps the mailbox in retention for 30 days so... If user deleted recently you can run the cmdlet Karl said to see in disconnected mailboxes option. Cant see Deleted Mailbox in Disconnected Mailbox under Recipient Configuration http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/cant-see-deleted-mailbox-in-disconnected-mailbox-under-recipient-configuration/ If user deleted 30 days back then you need to follow what Mumin said, restore the backup of database in RSG and restore it...
