Recover email from Troubleshooting Assistant
Hello everybody, I have some emails in the Troubleshooting Assistant that Exchange has blocked automatically (I said automatically because I don'y have any rule created). There is some way to recover / retrieve / export this emails¿? I supose that there is a simple way to do it, but I don't know how to do it. I have Exchange 2007 SP1. Thanks in advance.

Hi, For this issue, please use message tracking tool to find the mails and see where they go. Then we could see if we can recover them. Troubleshooting assistant is a troublehsooting tool which will not save any emails. Here is a document about how to configure message tracking in Exchange 2007: How to Configure Message Tracking http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997984(EXCHG.80).aspx Thanks, Evan Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
